missed jerk on 295, got 305, missed jerk on 315; legs felt tired

21s UB then forearms BLEW UP after that, they were totally the limiter; thrusters UB, pull-ups were smooth but I could literally feel my hands slipping on the bar and it wasn't because of sweat. After watching video I also noticed how smooth but SLOW my pull-ups are; might have to work on increasing cycle time
