A. 5 strict pull ups/5 kipping pu/5 ctb x9 sets rest as need
Done, grip failed on final couple of sets, so much so that I couldn't get CTB on last set; but when I can hang on they feel great
B. 1 max effort set farmer carry, 180#/per handle

Had a blister forming on left hand that might've kept me from getting a full two lengths

Hurt pretty good after just the third set; my mechanics were getting a bit sloppy on the last few sets.
