Respect the Rack 2015
Don't know exactly how many reps I did, but it was easily 100-200 total front squats with weights from 135-225, with I'm guessing most of the reps at 185. I did sets of 10 whenever I did 135 or 155 and 5's when I did 185 or 225. Quads and glutes will definitely be sore tomorrow and beyond.
